Upon purchase, a lab requisition will be emailed to you within 48 – 72 business hours with instructions. Once the blood work is completed, results typical take 5 to 7 business days to upload to our portal, we will share the results with you. * Please enter the correct legal name (no nicknames) and correct date of birth at checkout to avoid delays in the process of generating your lab requisition.

Once your appointment with the provider is successful, You will get lab work completed at a an approved facility. Every major city has at least two approved lab facilities.

• The consultation will be via web cam.
